The Sheffield House has six guest rooms - four with private bath and two which share the same hall bath. Two rooms, one with private bath and one with semi-private bath, are large enough to accommodate an extra twin-size bed for a third person. There is an extra charge for this service. All guest rooms are furnished with a queen-size bed,a dresser or chest of drawers, reading lamps, bedside tables, a chair, and ceiling fans. The rooms with private bath each contain a small library of books. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. Throughout the house the décor has an eclectic country motif with comforters, matelasse coverlets, lace curtains and family antiques.

Two rooms with private bath are larger and have more spacious bathrooms. Heather, on the first floor, is in the front facing east with morning sun. It is large enough to accommodate an extra twin-size bed. The room is partially handicap accessible. The first floor can be entered by a ramp from the back door, so that there are no steps into the house. Rose Mallow is at the top of the stairs on the second floor, at the back of the house, facing the west and setting sun. While this room does not accommodate an extra bed, couples with very small children have been known to use the space in the bathroom to house a small portable crib that they have brought with them.

Daffodil on the first floor and Thistle on the second floor are slightly smaller rooms with private bath, and both located on the north side of the house. 

Wildflower and Morning Glory are located on the second floor and share the same hall bathroom. Wildflower is a corner room facing both south and west and located immediately next to the bathroom. Morning Glory is a spacious corner room located on the front of the house facing both the north and east with a bay window on the front directly under the turret. The room is large enough to accommodate an extra twin-size bed. It is located down the hall from the bathroom.
