RESERVATION INFORMATION
Any reservation of 4 nights or more will receive a 10% discount.
- Reservations require full payment for a one night stay.
Stays of 2 nights or more require a 50% deposit, the balance is due upon arrival.
- Reservations may be made by telephone by dialing 401.466.2494. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- Summer and holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay-Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. All other weekends require a 2 night stay.
- If you cancel your reservation with more than 14 days notice, your deposit will be returned to you less a $25 processing fee. With 14 days notice or less we will refund your deposit less the processing fee only after the vacancy has been filled. Sorry, there are no partial refunds given for early departures.
- All rates are subject to a 7% Rhode Island State Sales Tax and a 6% Rhode Island State Hotel Tax which will be added at the time of your arrival.
